WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE PROVIDED THE INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS?
Please contact us before 8am EST if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched.
Should your parcel be returned to sender, please note that we will be required to pass on a subsidized reshipping postage fee.
However, if your order is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information we are not liable for reshipment or refund.
IS THERE A POWER BANK INCLUDED WITH EVERY BACKPACK/BAG?
No, all power banks are sold separately.
All of our backpacks/bags include a simple USB 2.0 connection for you to easily connect any USB 2.0 power bank on the market! (USB-C Coming Soon).
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments by Paypal - Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
IS THERE A WARRANTY ON BAGS/BACKPACKS?
The Vulcan Bags' covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge, or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty includes lost or broken USB Port cables, sling slider, locks, buckle and clip damage, may be replaced at a reasonable rate. Cables are non replaceable 14 days after delivery.
The bags/backpacks eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime, and there is a limit of one replacement per backpack.
Please email us at Contact@VulcanBags.com and include your Order Number as well as photos of the damage. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
Our goal is to process orders as fast as we can so you can receive your order as soon as possible. Be sure to review and amend your order before you click “complete order."
You can request to cancel Monday - Sunday before 8am EST the day after your order. Please email us at Contact@VulcanBags.com and include your Order Number.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Customer pays return shipping. Must be in brand new condition.
We are terribly sorry if this has happened. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. If you need to exchange the faulty item for the same item, send us an email at Contact@VulcanBags.com.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us immediately with photos or a short video (within 7 days of receiving your parcel). If 7 days have gone by since receiving your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

(If it has been 30 days since it was returned to us you will have to place an additional order. We will allow free shipping at this point and send your original order as well.)

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Customers are responsible for a 20% restocking fee and return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable and items being returned must be in brand new condition.

Obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Contact@VulcanBags.com.
We are terribly sorry if your order arrived Damaged or Defective. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. As soon as you discover a fault (within 7 daysof receiving your parcel) please contact us immediately with photos or a short video.

Exchanges At this time we do not offer exchanges but instead ask that you return your order for a refund (if applicable).
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
